چکیده
The aim of this study was to analyse the effects type extracurricular sport on body composition, respiratory parameters, and physical condition in prepubertal pubertal girls. Four hundred eighty-five female athletes (aged 8–14) from different sports participated study. They were gathered into four groups according typology maturity level: ‘prepubertal girls who practise collective sports’ (PRE-CS), individual (PRE-IS), ‘pubertal (PUB-CS), (PUB-IS). cardiorespiratory fitness (the 20 m shuttle run test, mSRT), anthropometry, capacity (forced spirometry), handgrip, CMJ stabilometry collected. Prepubertal showed a lower muscle mass (kg) fat than regardless typology. PRE-CS PRE-IS also (p < 0.05). Pubertal did not show significant differences > 0.05) any fitness, variables when comparing between sports. results that participation these types by can influence their condition.

متن کاملSkeletal muscle metabolism during short-term, high-intensity exercise in prepubertal and pubertal girls.
To test the hypothesis that glycolytic metabolism in muscle is attenuated in prepubertal children, (31)P-magnetic resonance spectroscopy was used to determine calf muscle intracellular pH (pH(i)) in nine prepubertal (Pre) and nine pubertal female swimmers (Pub). Maximal plantar flexion work capacity (100% MWC) was established by using a graded exercise test. Between 5 and 10 days later, calf mu...
